That announcement came on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Truex joings JGR after five seasons with the Denver, Colorado-based No. 78 organization. He will take over the No. 19 car which had been driven by Daniel Suarez. Combined with Kyle Busch, Truex gives JGR multiple MENCS champions on their cup roster. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnytime you have an opportunity to bring two people of this caliber into your organization, it\u2018s certainly an exciting time,\u201d said Joe Gibbs, owner of Joe Gibbs Racing, in a team release.. \u201cThey obviously have developed a chemistry that has led to tremendous success, including a championship. We\u2018ve gotten to know them well over the past few years through the alliance and having been part of the Toyota family. They both make us stronger as an organization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Truex, 38, has four wins and four Busch Pole Awards this year for Furniture Row, a year after claiming the MENCS title. In total Truex has 19 career wins in the MENCS.
