The driver previously has dealt with blood clots and will need to go though a few steps before being able to climb into Stewart&#8217;s car.<\/p>\n<p>Stewart-Haas Racing has scheduled a Friday news conference to announce who will drive Stewart&#8217;s car at Daytona. Stewart suffered a burst fracture of the L1 vertebrae in an all-terrain vehicle accident last month.<\/p>\n<p>While Stewart is eligible for the Sprint Unlimited this Saturday night, Vickers is not.
