Flying in the face of the weekend, Edwards was one of only a handful of drivers not driving a throwback paint scheme at the Lady in Black.<\/p>\n<p>Brad Keselowski began the Bojangles Southern 500 on the pole and would dominate the race early on. Teammate Joey Logano, Kevin Harvick and Denny Hamlin would also prove to be forces.<\/p>\n<p>The race set a record with 18 cautions the last of which came out with 12 laps to go.
