NASCAR ruled that damage which occurred during the race was the reason the car was ruled to be too low.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p>UPDATE: The No. 31 car has cleared post-race inspection from Talladega; there are no issues.
