According to reports from ESPN that seat had been promised to David Ragan if the driver was unable to land a better job.<\/p>\n<p>Ragan met with officials from Penske Racing about taking over the seat for the #22 Shell\/Pennzoil Dodge.<\/p>\n<p>The six year relationship of Busch and Penske ended following an outburst at Homestead. During Busch&#8217;s tenure at Penske he struggled to control his temper and had a revolving door of crew chiefs. Busch won 16 races in Dodges provided by Penske, including two this season.<\/p>\n<p>Finch said that while Busch was not at the top of his list of names to drive his car that he will talk to the driver but offered cautious words.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kurt, his talent is pretty good,&#8221; Finch said. &#8220;He&#8217;s one of the best  there is, but I&#8217;m not going to listen to that s&#8212; and pay him money.<\/p>\n<p>Last season Landon Cassill drove the #51 car for Finch. Brad Keselowski won at Talladega in 2009 driving for Finch.
