Martin Truex Jr. will suit up the season driving the No. 78 Furniture Row Racing Chevrolet SS. Truex Jr. is moving over from Michael Waltrip Racing and the No. 56 after spending the last four seasons with the team.<\/p>\n

Truex’s release from the team followed the fallout from Richmond<\/a>, and NAPA’s decision to leave the sport<\/a>. The No. 56 team is now a\u00a0research and development\u00a0team.<\/p>\n

Truex was told he could entertain offers from other teams, and on October 17, 2013 it was announced that he and his pit crew would head to FRR in 2014<\/a>.<\/p>\n
