Norris had been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR on Sept. 9, 2013 as part of a series of penalties assessed to Michael Waltrip Racing for attempting to manipulate a the final regular season race at Richmond International Raceway.<\/p>\n<p>Norris will remain on probation and released the following statement.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.5em;\">&#8220;I appreciate NASCAR\u0019s action today and respect their position.
