M-40 Speedway closed for season, track listed for sale

M-40 Speedway in Jones Michigan has halted all future events and practices.

On Facebook M-40 Speedway posted:

The track is listed for sale with NAI Cressy. There will be no further events or practices the remainder of this season by the current owners. The track is NOT through a tax sale as so many want to spread rumors. If you know your facts the track can not be listed with a realtor/broker as county would be selling the property through a sheriffs sale. Stop spreading rumors without facts as this will hinder a prospective sale which we all know we do not want. Please refer all inquiries to Jim.
