Joey Logano wins at Charlotte, NASCAR Bank of American 500 results

Joey Logano won Sunday’s Bank of American 500 from Charlotte Motor Speedway.

The Bank of America 500 had been scheduled to be run on Saturday but rain forced the event to be pushed back until Sunday. Matt Kenseth began the day on the pole but pit road troubles and later contact with Ryan Newman and the wall ended his day and possibly his championship hopes. Dale Earnhradt Jr. also had troubles as did Kyle Busch who finished 20th.

Next weekend the Sprint Cup Series is at Kansas Speedway.
