NASCAR at New Hampshire: Weekend schedule, practice, qualifying and race start times

This weekend the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series are both in action at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

The 1.058-mile track located in Loudon, New Hampshire will see it’s first action on Friday with Cup Series practice and qualifying. On Saturday the Xfinity Series is in action for the Lakes Region 200. On Sunday the Cup Series drivers will compete in the 5-Hour Energy 301.

4:45 p.m.: Sprint Cup Series Coors Light Pole Qualifying, NBC Sports Network
6 p.m.: NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Granite State 70 (70 laps, 74.06 miles)

SATURDAY, JULY 18:
10-10:55 a.m.: Sprint Cup Series practice, CNBC
11:15 a.m.: XFINITY Series qualifying, NBC Sports Network
12:30-1:25 p.m.: Sprint Cup Series final practice, NBC Sports Network
2 p.m.: NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour New England 100 (100 laps, 105.8 miles)
4 p.m.: XFINITY Series Lakes Region 200 (200 laps, 211.6 miles), NBC Sports Network Green Flag: 4:15 p.m.

SUNDAY, JULY 19:
1:30 p.m.: Sprint Cup Series 5-hour ENERGY 301 (301 laps, 318.46 miles), NBC Sports Network Green Flag: 1:45 p.m.
