Swan Racing will Honor Victims of Boston Marathon with a special “Prayers for Boston” paint scheme in this weekend’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway.
Earlier this year the team honored those lost at Sandy Hook Elementary with a special paint scheme for the Daytona 500.
“The tragedy at the Boston Marathon is shared by all Americans,” said Swan Racing owner Brandon Davis. “Swan Racing and the NASCAR community offer its support to the Boston community, the victims and all those affected by the senseless act of terror.”
Driver David Stremme will continue to be behind the wheel of the car. Stremme qualified 39th for Sundays race.
