He will join the Phillies on a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training. He could prove to be useful rotation and bullpen depth for the Phillies.<\/p>\n<p>Pitcher Sean O&#8217;Sullivan re-signed with the Phillies after posting a 4.30 ERA over 25 starts at the Triple-A level for them a year ago. He is nothing more than depth.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise the Phillies brought in first baseman Chris McGuiness.
