He has also been invited to spring training.<\/p>\n<p>Kazmir suffered from multiple injuries and problems with mechanics beginning\u00a0 during the 2008 season with the Tampa Bay Rays which gradually reduced his effectiveness over the next two seasons.<\/p>\n<p>He was traded to the Los Angeles Angels in August 2009 where he went 2-2 in six games posting a 1.73 ERA. His performance deteriorated during the 2010 season, ending with a 5.94 ERA.
