While a Grade 1 strain means the severity is low, the Red Sox are not about to take a chance on the health of Middlebrooks this early in the season.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p>Brock Holt replaces Will Middlebrooks who goes on DL with calf strain.
