Bryce Harper is a devout Mormon but does not plan to talk about his faith in the way that NFL player Tim Tebow has.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf somebody asks me about it, I\u2019ll tell them about it, but I\u2019m not going to be Mr. Tim Tebow,\u201d Harper told the Washington Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Harper does not mean those words in a negative manner, instead saying he would talk about religion should he be asked.<\/p>\n

Before you blast Harper consider this.<\/p>\n

Harper writes \u201cLuke 1:37\u201d on every autograph he signs.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor with God, nothing shall be impossible.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mom always told me, \u2018You can touch a lot more lives playing baseball and doing good things than you would on a mission,\u2019\u201d Harper said. \u201cIt\u2019s very true. Shoot, I\u2019ll tweet about God and get 1,500 retweets and it\u2019s like, that just went to 1,500 people or more.<\/p>\n
