Kris says Anna arrived and immediately whipped out an \u201cexpandable metal baton,\u201d threatening to hit him.<\/p>\n<p>Kris told police Anna then pulled out a handgun and demanded money&#8230;. she was allegedly wearing a bulletproof vest at the time of the alleged assault.<\/p>\n<p>According to the police report, Kris told Anna he would get her the money following the altercation \u2026 but then left the home and called police instead.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Anna Benson as booked by police today on two counts of felony aggravated assault with a weapon, one count of criminal trespass, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.<\/p>\n<p>Kris Benson last played at the major league level in 2010.
