Matt Kemp hits homer in return to Dodgers

Matt Kemp is back with the Dodgers and it feels like old times.

Batting fifth for the Dodgers, Kemp was 2-for-2 with a three-run homer off Tyler Danish in a 13-5 win over the White Sox.

It was assumed that Kemp would not last long with the Dodgers but now it appears that he really is being considered for some playing time in left field. Kemp is obviously motivated after being traded twice in the last two years. His competition for playing time comes in the form of Enrique Hernandez and Trayce Thompson.

Kemp hit relatively well for the Braves last season but struggled defensively, especially when hamstring injuries began to set in.
