The Chicago White Sox have signed relief pitcher Mitchell Boggs to a major league contract.
Boggs, 27, managed to land a major league contract dispute a hideous 2013 season that saw him post a 8.10 ERA and a 2.06 WHIP in 23 1/3 innings of work.

The White Sox are hoping that Boggs can regain some of his previous form which resulted in a 3.33 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP in 206 games between 2009 and 2012.
