The Minnesota Twins have turned their sights to Phil Hughes.

Despite adding Ricky Nolasco on a four-year deal worth $49 million, the Twins are still looking to upgrade their rotation.

Hughes, 27, finished the 2013 season with a disappointing 5.19 ERA in 145 2/3 innings of work. Thus far the Kansas City Royals and New York Mets have also been linked to Hughes.
