The old exploding rosin bag prank has struck AJ Burnett again. Burnett fell victim to the prank on opening day and again on Sunday upon his return from the disabled list.
As you can see Burnett threw up two fingers at his teammates in the dugout acknowledging the second time he fell to the prank.
Burnett went five innings allowing two runs, one earned, in his return to the hill. He walked two and struck out three in a no decision. The Cubs would end up beating the Pirates in extra innings.
