Nascar Cup Series playoff results after Kansas Speedway

Jimmie Johnson, who barely made it through NASCAR playoffs, dropped out of the last playoff spot at Kansas. William Byron from the same team got in the Top-10 and is now in the playoffs list. At the moment, Hamlin is number one on the points table. He has five wins during this season at Kansas. Kevin Harvick holds the second place. Harvick was very close to being number one but he could not keep the lead during the final laps at Kansas. Brad Keselowski is on the third spot with two wins. Number four is Joey Logano also with two wins. All the winners of this season have their spots in top-10. It is very unlikely that there will be any changes in their positions. Kyle Busch who won the Cup Series last year was not very lucky and is currently number 12 after Aric Almirola. Kurt Busch is number 13.

During the lockdowns, fans have a chance to play favorite Nascar speedways on gaming consoles and iGaming platforms

Car races were one of the first popular video games and are still played on consoles, computers, and iGaming platforms. NASCAR Speedways are ideal for iGaming platforms. iGaming is increasingly popular throughout the world. The best internet casino platforms started offering not only the traditional games like poker, slot, roulette but also live versions of popular sports, comics characters, etc. Live casino games became very popular and it gave chance to casino providers to adapt popular sport games for loyal players. Many characters from comic books and movies, including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Iron Man have appeared in the games adapted for the iGaming platforms. There are several video games available that NASCAR has collaborated on with video game developers. The games are available on consoles such as GameCube, Xbox, PlayStation 2, PC, and the PlayStation. Imagine what could happen if NASCAR is actually made for iGaming platforms? The number of loyal players would skyrocket. Both industries would benefit from this kind of adaptation. Many events are canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic, so the video games provide an alternative form of entertainment. NASCAR which is not only competitive but is also the most popular car race in the United States is a good fit for iGaming fans.

NASCAR Driver Martin Truex Jr Express His Opinion on Series’ ‘No Practice, No Qualifying’ Decision

The 2017 NASCAR Cup Series Champion Martin Truex Jr. is currently number 7 of the NASCAR 2020 Cup Series Championship. He won the 2020 Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 in Martinsville and is set for the playoffs. He already finished 6 times in the top 10 and 4 times in the top 5 during this season and has seven regular races left. There is no qualifying session, so NASCAR will decide the race lineup based on random draws. Martin Truex Jr. was 5th for the Super Start Batteries 400 at Kansas Speedway. He competed extraordinarily with his No.19 Toyota but came third. Danny Hamlin came first and Brad Keselowski second. Bob Pockrass shared a video where Martin Truex Jr. says he could not win because he did not have enough practice. He said that when you try new things on the track without practice or qualifying, you might get off and then need the whole weekend to come back. He praised the work of his colleagues in the shop who work hard to make the cars faster. The racers will not have an opportunity to practice or qualify for the remaining NASCAR races. This decision was made to have as few people on the track as possible.
