The cars of Martin Truex Jr. and Matt Kenseth will be forced to the rear of the field for Sunda’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Kentucky Speedway.
Truex was to start ninth while Kenseth was to start 17th but both cars failed pre-race inspection for the Quaker State 400 twice.
Both drivers come to Kentucky with high hopes. Truex has won two of the last three races at the track while Kenseth finished second a week ago at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
