Even with an error last night the Braves are not about to take the bat of Evan Gattis out of their lineup. Gattis will remain in left field Tuesday night as the Braves play the Reds for the second game of a three game series.

Six-time All-Star catcher Brian McCann was activated from the disabled list on Monday and returned to the starting lineup. Gattis who had been filling in shifted to left field thanks in part to absence of Jason Heyward who is currently out after undergoing an appendectomy.

Gattis is hitting .260 with 7 home runs and 19 RBI through his first 105 plate appearances at the major league level.
