Last month speculation was started that Danica Patrick, driver of the No.10 Go Daddy Chevrolet in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series might not appear in the GoDaddy Superbowl ads premiering this year. The company, (GoDaddy) has been working to change their image and had hired an outside agency, Deutsch Inc to produce the commercials.
This all started speculation that Patrick’s time as a GoDaddy girl might be coming to an end, and that her streak of 10 appearances in the SuperBowl, the most of any celebrity would end as well.
But, fear not. Founder of GoDaddy.com, Bob Parsons announced Thursday that Patrick would not be in one, but two GoDaddy ads airing during this years Superbowl, Feb. 3 in New Orleans. Both ads will be 30-seconds long as normal and feature Patrick.
He also said that Patrick will be with GoDaddy for at least the foreseeable future, as she begins her first full season in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in 2013 with Stewart-Haas Racing.
