Greg Biffle auctions truck for charity

The Barrett Jackson car show auctioned off a 2012 Ford Raptor truck which was designed by Greg Biffle. The proceeds from the sale of the truck will go to the Greg Biffle Foundation.

The primary goal of the Greg Biffle Foundation is to create awareness and serve as an advocate to improve the well-being of animals by engaging the power and passion of the motorsports industry. The foundation donates to local Humane Societies, no-kill animal shelters, spay and neuter clinics and the Animal Adoption League. It was founded in 2005.

You may be familiar with the foundation as it sells calendars with NASCAR personalities and their pets among other things.

The truck being auctioned off sold for $80,000 USD.

Earlier this year one of Clint Bowyer’s vehicles sold for $100,000 USD at the Barrett Jackson car show.

Biffle was not at the event as the Sprint Cup Series is racing at New Hampshire Motor Speedway this weekend. One of Biffle’s racing uniforms was included in the auction.

You can see a video of the auction below.
