The Coca-Cola 600 is the longest race on the NASCAR circuit and is known for taking it’s toll on drivers. While some of the jokes throughout the last week centered around drivers and eating in the cars it was also widely talked about the amount of weight which will be loss during an evening at Charlotte.

Brad Keselowski is perhaps the NASCAR driver most into social media and last night he took the time to show a before and after photo of his weight.

When taking the time to tweet prior to Sunday’s race Kesewloski guessed he’d only lose three or four pounds. He weighed in at 152.4 pounds.

After the race Keselowski posted a photo of his post race weight. Weighing in at 149.4 pounds for a total weight loss of three pounds.

As for the race Keselowski finished fifth. He went unnoticed for much of the night until he made contact with Tony Stewart on pitlane. The contact spun Stewart around and cost the three time champion valuable time on pit road under green. Stewart went on to finish 25th and took responsibility for the incident with Keselowski.

The race was won by Kasey Kahne. It marked his first victory since joining Hendrick Motorsports and the #5 team.

Despite not winning the Coca-Cola 600, the weekend wasn’t too bad though for the Keselowski.

@keselowski ran 4 races in clt over the last 9 days, w/finishes of 2nd, 2nd, 1st & 5th. 2.5 avg, not too shabby. Good work and thank u to all my teams!

The victory for Keselowski came during Saturday’s Nationwide Series race.
